December 21st.

The day we realize it is not about nations, and the whole world is one.. oh, that will be the grandest of days” ~ Gandhi

On the Universal Significance of
 December 21st, 2012
World Centering and World Renewing and A Proposal for a World Wide Cultural Event !
The question about the year 2012 and in particular December 21st, is not— what’s going to happen—but rather what are we going to make happen !!
Twenty-Twelve has shaped up to be an exceptional year from any angle you look. Here’s a snap shot of what’s looming for 2012.
Growing global movement to purge governmental and economic systems of their corrupt and exploitive polices.
Growing global movement to purge corporations of their corrupt and exploitive polices.
Western Imperialists are chomping at the bit to attack Iran and overthrow the Syrian Regime.
Not to mention ongoing US led wars in Afghanistan, Pakistan, Somalia, Sudan, Yemen.
Not to mention that Iraq and Libya have been savagely brutalized and in total chaos thanks to US imperialism.
Not to mention covert operations in who knows how many countries.
Growth of totalitarian State powers and out of control Governments. NDAA, SOPA etc.
Countless localized ecological nightmares and urgent ecological conditions elsewhere.
US Presidential Elections aka Parade of Goons
Solar maximum is expected to peak near end of 2012.
Socio-economic chaos is expected to peak in 2012.
World economy teeters on the edge of the abyss.
    December 21st, 2012
Based on the macro-trends in motion it does indeed look like the “end of the world” as we know it is upon us. The crystallization of the 99%/Occupy movement represents the leading edge of the emergent culture movement, aka the birth of a planetary culture. The great mythologist Joseph Campbell said that the next stage of human cultural evolution would be dependent upon the creation of the planetary mythos. The planetary mythos is nothing less than the presently unfolding story of how humanity’s collective yearning for a better world is turned into reality via a collective movement to save the planet and her inhabitants from the clutches of the Current World System. It is the story of how we as a whole outgrew our straightjackets of tradition, fear, enthnocentrism, self-absorption and apathy to embrace the worldview of a cooperative Planetary Culture.
A Planetary Culture would be characterized by the following attributes.
    Direct democracy
    Ecological sensitivity
    Evidence based policies
    Gender balance-respect
    Diplomacy and cooperation
    Government transparency
    Incorruptible monetary system
    Cross cultural unity and respect
    Egalitarian socio-cultural philosophy
    Egalitarian lawmaking
By egalitarian lawmaking I mean the enactment of rules, laws, and codes that do not favor any particular group or individual to the detriment or disadvantage of the rest.
    Demilitarization, disarmament and non-violence
Clean and harm minimizing technologies and products
Identification with the Planet as a whole i.e. Planetary/Global Citizens
    Acceptance of others customs and beliefs with the following exceptions;
Militarism, coercion or force as a solution,
The subjugation of women and minorities
        Slavery of any kind,
        Discrimination based on sexual orientation,
        Child sexual abuse,
        Religious proselytizing
It should be glaringly clear to all, but the most self-absorbed and isolated among us, that the Current World System is a menace to life, liberty, sanity and universal prosperity. And by universal prosperity I don’t mean that everyone should have the same standards of living. Natural inequality is a fact of life, but legalized criminality, organized predation and systematic exploitation is the socio-economic strategy of the “one percent” and not a fact of life.

Great Year

The Shift in Human Consciousness
By Sol Luckman

Are you aware that a Shift in human consciousness is occurring even as you read these words that employs celestial triggers such as supernovas and Earth's alignment with Galactic Center in the months leading up to December 2012 to trigger the evolution of our species?.
Today this Shift is visible nearly every time you open a newspaper or turn on the TV. It can be seen in the breakdown of many old structures such as those that underpin governments, churches and corporations, as well as in families and individuals. It is also evident in the ecological breakdown of numerous Earth systems, a widespread perception time is accelerating, drastic changes in weather patterns, more people feeling overwhelmed by modern life's complexity, and increased polarization between groups, religions, and regions.
Fortunately, along with signs of breakdown, there is the appearance of stunningly gifted children in unprecedented numbers, the emergence of innovative and integrated healing modalities, people becoming less “religious” and more “spiritual,” and the dawning of new communities and social structures based on servant leadership and other partnership principles.
The significance of the winter solstice on December 21, 2012, according to the Mayan, Aztec, Incan and Hopi traditions, is that this date marks the close of several cycles of time. The first is the end of the 26,000-year Mayan calendar, also called a “precession” and the Annus Magnus (“Great Year”), considered by many a gestational or birth cycle for Earth. Mayan timekeepers believe that human evolution unfolds as a result of such precisely calibrated master cycles of time. They predict that Earth and humanity are about to be birthed into a new reality based on unity predicated on a dramatic advance in consciousness.

From a Mayan perspective, we ask, “What began 26,000 years ago?”  Extensive psychohistorical research indicates this marked the beginning of humanity's psychological individuation. In human terms, becoming “individuated” means moving from being unconsciously united with the Creator or Ground of Being, to choosing to become divided from the Creator and developing separate individual consciousness, to finally returning to the Creator as conscious, aware individuals. Once people fully individuate, it becomes possible for them to make empowered, discerning choices and use intention to co-create reality with Source–or perhaps more accurately, to create reality as Source.
The second cycle of time ending in 2012 highlighted in “Preparing for the Shift” is the close of the Galactic Year. It takes 225 million Earth years for the Milky Way Galaxy to make one complete rotation in the sky, which is believed to be a birth cycle for our galaxy. From a galactic perspective, we  ask, “What was conceived on Earth 225 million years ago?”
They point out this was when Earth's landmass, Pangaea, began separating into what we now know as the seven continents. This process of planetary individuation not only correlates with continental drift theory; my research indicates there is also an energetic correspondence between Earth's twelve tectonic plates responsible for continental drift and the twelve pairs of cranial nerves in the human brain. Considered together, this evidence suggests that Earth, like humans, has undergone her own “separating out” or individuation. Based on such interconnectedness, it is also reasonable to expect that as human consciousness exponentially increases, Earth will also undergo a significant–and observable–transformation.
Astronomers studying Galactic Center report that it periodically becomes extremely active. During these episodes, it spews out fierce barrages of cosmic energy equal to thousands of supernova explosions. These outbursts are the most energetic phenomenon in the known universe. A growing number of researchers such as Sergey Smelyakov, author of a fascinating paper entitled “The Auric Time Scale and the Mayan Factor,” in addition to many indigenous peoples worldwide, theorize that as Galactic Center becomes more energized, it catalyzes human evolution through frequency emissions in the form of higher-dimensional “torsion” waves transmitted to Earth via the sun.

Tipping Point

More and more people seem convinced that something dramatic will happen at the end of 2012. Something dramatic will indeed happen -- and it could be something dramatically good. While the world will not suddenly become a paradise on earth, we could launch a process that would take it in that direction. Because the end of 2012 will be a transition from one age to the next. But into what age it will transit is not decided yet. All we know is that the processes of change that have been building throughout the 20th century will reach a point of no return -- the point at which whatever direction they take will become effectively irreversible. Now, we are almost at that critical tipping point.
The breakout from the old has started already, but it is not yet committed to a breakdown or to a breakthrough. It has not reached the tipping point because some people -- for the most part those whose economic and political interests are tied to the status quo -- believe that the current system can still be maintained. They are trying to restabilize it in business, finance, and politics, and refuse to admit that doing so is futile. Their efforts can delay the coming of the tipping point, but cannot avert it.

The wiser option is to try to transcend the current system and find ways of organizing ourselves that allow us to live in peace with ourselves, with others, and with nature. This is a realistic option. We have the technology, the money, and the know-how to achieve it. The question is, whether we also have the will.

We need new thinking. Einstein told us that we can't solve a problem with the same kind of thinking that gave rise to the problem, and if our problem is the obsolescence of the world we have created, we need to shift to a new paradigm for our life and civilization. The same thinking that got us here will bring us to the critical tipping point -- and to the irreversible leap which is then likely to be down, rather than up.
We should have long known that the world we have created is not sustainable. In 1962, in her seminal book Silent Spring, Rachel Carson told us that the way we treat our environment is not tenable and is bound to backfire, and in 1972 the Club of Rome published The Limits to Growth, a computerized world model with social and economic and not only ecological parameters. It predicted that in the absence of major change, the world system would collapse in less than a hundred years. Today the condition of unsustainability is widely recognized, but not many realize that we don't have a hundred years before it reaches a tipping point.
We live in a time of crises. The crises are many and diverse, but their cause is basically the same: a serious, and in the absence of determined change, terminal mismanagement of our affairs on this planet.

London 2012

London 2012 Olympics - The Games Changer

Red Ice Radio has gathered together some of the most important research and opinions on what might be the motivations, the plans, the symbolism, the purposes, and the potential outcomes of the London 2012 Olympic Games. Hours of interviews and examination have culminated in a body of knowledge that breaks down the mainstream narrative and alerts the public to be aware in 2012.
Will there be death? Mayhem? Terrorist attacks?
Will terrible catastrophes usher in a new era of war and control? A New World Order?
Will the stars align and inaugurate a dynamic of peace and goodwill among humanity? A new paradigm of consciousness?
These possibilities and more have been speculated upon for the years leading up to 2012, and now that time is upon us. The London 2012 Olympics have arrived with much anticipation, but whether one sees this as a glorious time to celebrate the union of athletic champions, or instead a cause for raising alarm, is a matter debated by many.
There are plenty of clues that suggests that the Olympic “celebration” and many of the surrounding events and installations are part of an “occult mega ritual”, and one can’t help to wonder exactly who it is supposed to benefit?
According to the Greek history, the first Olympic games were dedicated to the twelve Olympian gods, and were based on ancient mythology and religion. The tradition and special meaning of the games - the heroic competition and the fantastic effort to combine mind, body, and will in a attuned whole - is what energizes the games to this day.
But what other ’special meanings’ can be found in the modern Olympic games?
Researcher Ian Crane reasserts the importance of a careful approach to esoteric, occult and conspiratorial subject matters. He also talks about the phenomenal acceleration into global governance unfolding before our eyes and discusses the extraordinary militarization of London: 49,000 troops will be present for the games - but what are they guarding against?
“The London Olympics, in my opinion... are going to be used as a platform to springboard the introduction of global governance.
London is already the most surveilled capital on the planet, but of course what’s coming up in the next few weeks with the Olympics is just unbelievable. We are looking at an area of the city of London literally becoming THE most securitized place on the planet with the possible exception of the West Bank, or Gaza. It is absolutely horrendous.
We’ve got helicopter carriers in the River Thames. We’ve got anti-aircraft missiles being placed on the roofs of apartment blocks around the Olympic area...
The British government is doing its best to encourage long-serving police officers who joined up for all the right reasons to leave, to take early retirement. And what they’re being replaced with is basically thugs....
We are literally seeing the privatization of policing so what we’re ending up with is the equivalent of night-club bouncers policing the streets.
...there’s a situation here where it’s NORMALIZING these outrageous excesses.” Read on...

What the Mayans Left

Over 2,000 years ago the early Maya formulated a profound galactic cosmology. They saw that the sun, on the winter solstice, was slowly moving toward the heart of the galaxy.
